Performance management and development

DTF supports ongoing employee performance and development through:

The PMP recognises the contribution of all staff to the department's success and provides guidance on performance and conduct expectations. Individual performance appraisal sessions occur yearly with a mid year review after six months.

Continuous learning

DTF provides employees with access to an online Learning Management System, OurDevelopment. OurDevelopment supports corporate training requirements and assists staff in better managing their own learning and development needs.

DTF Branches are located centrally within the Adelaide CBD, with most staff housed in the State Administration Centre,  200 Victoria Square, Adelaide.
